28 March 1976

Sutherland won the 3rd Grade premiership after the final was washed out on day two at Caringbah Oval. The team was captained by Grant Murphy.

Sutherland 159 (Ian Everett 38, Robert Richardson 33) drew with Northern District 1/40.

28 March 1998

Simon McGrath took 8-72 in the 5th Grade semi-final vs Randwick at Snape Park.

28 March 1999

Sutherland won the 3rd Grade premiership after the final was completely washed out. The team finished as minor premiers (the crucial win being the famous 34 vs 30 win on 27.2.99) and so they were declared Premiers. The team that played in the semi-final was Gavin Kenny (capt), Mathew Duff, Luke Fleming, Callum Hockey, Glen Hoffman, Matthew Lumb, Alex Mann, Darrell Mann, Scott Manning, Tim Moreland, Andrew Northridge.

29 March 1969

Ted Cotton took 2-40 in the second innings in a 1st Grade redraw match vs Gordon at Chatswood Oval, to give him match figures of 11-64.

29 March 1987

Sutherland won the 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade premierships to complete our greatest season, having previously won the AW Green Shield premiership (shared with Gordon) and the Club Championship.

3rd Grade defeated Hawkesbury at Caringbah Oval having finished as undefeated minor premiers with 100 points from 14 rounds (4 outright wins & 10 first innings wins). The team was captained by Barry Davison.

Sutherland 3/188 (Kevin Humphreys 49, Tony Clark 47, Dominic Watson 45, Greg Horner 22no) d. Hawkesbury 160 (Darrell Mann 6-73, Barry Davison 2-24).

4th Grade defeated Campbelltown-Camden at Tonkin Oval. The team was captained by Tom Iceton.

Sutherland 236 (Murray Graham 53, Kerry Richards 49, Duncan Coots 33, Tom Iceton 31, Geoff Coleman 27, Darren Holley 21) d. Campbelltown-Camden 200 (Keith Meadows 3-43, Merv Black 2-49).

5th Grade defeated Randwick at Coogee Oval. The team was captained by Mick Jones.

Sutherland 7/157 (Mathew Duff 68no, Duncan Spencer 31) d. Randwick 156 (Craig Parsons 3-25, Matthew Brennan 3-31, Robert Tully 2-21).

29 March 2015

Steve Smith hit the winning runs as Australia won the 2015 World Cup vs New Zealand at the MCG. Shane Watson was the other not out batsman as Australia won by 6 wickets.

30 March 1968

Sutherland won the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Grade premierships in only its third year in the grade cricket competition. All three finals were won outright.

2nd Grade defeated Western Suburbs at Pratten Park. The team was captained by Grant Le Huray.

Sutherland 177 (Grant Le Huray 77, Graham Warry 37, Ron Erickson 30) & 5/116 (Barry Davison 43, Glen Bailey 38) d. Western Suburbs 119 (Glen Bailey 5-39, John Philip 4-58) & 173 (Bob Wade 3-48, Stan Gilchrist 2-5, John Philip 2-53) outright.

3rd Grade defeated St.George at Sutherland Oval. The team was captained by Bryan Hazell.

Sutherland 102 (Bryan Hazell 58) & 186 (Stuart Toolin 39, Bryan Hazell 27) d. St.George 163 (Paul Lennon 4-36, Grant Murphy 2-45) & 106 (Gerry Fanning 4-33, Grant Murphy 3-21, Les Ritchie 2-19) outright.

4th Grade defeated Bankstown-Canterbury at Bankstown Oval. The team was captained by Ken Hatherly.

Sutherland 270 (Alan Griffiths 48, Kel Symons 48, Allen Humphries 35, Rod Barton 31, Ken Hatherly 21) & 0/13 d. Bankstown-Canterbury 72 (Des Lawrence 4-16, Kevin McIlveen 3-25, Reg Hobden 3-30) & 208 (Allen Humphries 4-42, Reg Hobden 3-36, Ken Hatherly 2-42) outright.

31 March 2019

Sutherland won the 5th Grade premiership by defeating University of NSW at Glenn McGrath Oval. The team was captained by Nathan Whittingham, who also won the James Rodgers Medal for player of the match.

1 April 1979

Sutherland won the 5th Grade premiership by defeating Bankstown-Canterbury at Caringbah Oval. The team was captained by Ken Lamb.

Sutherland 9/154 (Ken Lamb 39, Trevor Woods 30, Bob Mills 29no) d. Bankstown-Canterbury 141 (Alan Lane 6-44, Peter Bishell 4-41).

1 April 1996

Sutherland won its first 1st Grade premiership by defeating Bankstown outright at Bankstown Oval. The team was captained by Rodney Davison and Glenn McGrath won the Benaud Medal for player of the match.

Sutherland 277 (Matthew O’Brien 85, Jason Holley 67, Darren Mitchell 63, Darrell Mann 20) & 3/54 d. Bankstown 154 (Glenn McGrath 5-28, Stuart Clark 2-48) & 176 (Stuart Clark 3-40, Stuart MacGill 3-45, Glenn McGrath 3-72) outright.

We also won the 2nd Grade premiership by defeating St.George at Howell Oval. The team was captained by Kevin Tuite.

Sutherland won the 5th Grade premiership by defeating University of NSW at Caringbah Oval. The team was captained by David Givney.

Sutherland played in three finals, winning 3rd & 4th Grades and losing 5th Grade.

3rd Grade defeated Gordon at Chatswood Oval. The team was captained by Jason Packer.

Sutherland won the 3rd & 4th Grade premierships.

3rd Grade defeated Sydney at Blacktown International Sports Park No.2. The team was captained by Aaron Phillips.

4th Grade defeated Manly-Warringah at Waverley Oval. The team was captained by Chris Macnamara.

2 April 2000

Sutherland won the 5th Grade premiership by defeating Manly-Warringah at Manly Oval. The team was captained by David Givney.

Sutherland won the 1st Grade premiership by defeating North Sydney at Bankstown Oval. The team was captained by Jason Young and Jason Holley won the Benaud Medal for player of the match.

Sutherland won the 4th Grade premiership by defeating Waverley at Hurstville Oval. The team was captained by Dominic Watson.
